Collin Stevens directly oversees all real estate activities for R.O.W. Advisors, LLC.  With an extensive background in corporate real estate acquisitions he helps solidify the company’s reputation as a leader in the industry.

Collin has an impressive background and expertise in Land Acquisition and Corporate Real Estate which includes experience in the acquisition of industrial, commercial and distressed residential properties. Working directly with engineers, architects, attorneys and real estate managers, Collin coordinates and manages Client’s projects “from the starting gate,” directing activities and shepherding other players and contractors to make sure their objectives are fulfilled efficiently and expediently. He routinely manages and oversees multiple acquisitions simultaneously to ensure timelines, budgets and use of tax-deferred funds are properly met and utilized, and he has a hand in every project ROW undertakes so our Clients can be assured of needed results.

A graduate in Real Estate from Arizona State University, Collin also has experience representing Fortune 200 Clients (Revenues in excess of $15.0 billion) in property acquisitions, and has successfully directed ROW Advisors, LLC, in not only property acquisitions, but in utility relocations and road and rail crossing closures over the past 12 years as well.  In this capacity, Collin is known and respected by Clients and his peers for helping set new guidelines and improving processes that lead to a high standard of achievement for both.
